    If you’re using OBS, then lower your bitrate (settings > encoding), resolution (settings > video) don’t stream at 1080p) and your FPS (settings > video). It seems your computer can’t handle the current settings you have it.

    Think it is my ISP doing that. The only thing that really changed is that I moved places and the network here is wonky at times.  Hopefully in the next place and next city I’m moving to, the internet won’t be tin n can comcast speshulz.
