There are a lot of zergs in t1 for sure. However, this match up is much better as there is no SoR who have very large zergs. But yeah, you spend a lot of time avoiding large groups for sure but we try our best to make due.

The way I move around on the map when running solo or with my [oPP] group is looking where the orange swords are and then moving away from them as far as possible. Having your own zerg on the map is a good thing for roamers, you can use that zerg as a distraction. If orange swords show up at hills, then we go to the west area. If there are orange swords at Garrison then we go up north or down south. If we see multiple swords then it normally means that the zergs are a bit smaller and we try to look for the zergs tail, kill the tail and you have people that want to get back to their zerg and you have an opportunity to get some small skirmish fights.

If we don’t have our zerg on the map then we have to keep moving since you’re the enemy zergs target at that moment. That normally means that moving around the map using waypoints becomes super important. I guess it’s a skill to be able to read a map too… Get good at understanding what a zerg would do and you’ll benefit from it as a roamer.
